While I do like the idea of a skill tree like in Vampires, It would have to unlock categories or tiers of spells, not individual Spells.
There are way too many spells and rituals and potions they could do to be individually unlocked in such a skill tree.
If they do a Witches GP, it can't be just reskinned Vampires with slightly tweaked animations and abilities.
A Witch is more than a Vampire just without the immortality, the fangs and the plasma drinking. Whatever powers Vampires have, Witches need more and more variety of them.
Cauldrons, Potion Making, and Flying brooms are a must, but they are just the basics.
So while I would appreciate a Skill tree like in Vampires, there should be more to them.
There are already mods that let Sims cast spells. There were also Mods that turned Sims into Vampires before the GP came out.
The GP beat every Mod there was like... Now, those Vampire mods are so obsolete because the GP added everything they had but a lot better. Now all Vampire Mods worth downloading are those that mod the GP.
But there is a Sorcerers Mod out now based on Vampires GP its code.
A Witches GP should be able to make this Mod obsolete just as well. Otherwise, why pay for something you can already have for free?
