My active sim has his eyes set on the penthouse apartment over in the Fashion district, looks like it has a really nice rooftop garden area. Only need 450,000 simoleons (the current penthouse is one from the gallery, like almost all of the lots in my game). I'm on generation 2 of the game, with funding of only 180K, so ... yah, may be a while, but man.. it looks great for gardening.
