stats.set_skill_level Minor_Dancing {1-5}
stats.set_skill_level Major_DJ {1-10}

The cheat to max the skill is
stats.set_skill_level AdultMajor_Parenting 10

You have put the term Parenthood in the cheat , but it needs to be Parenting.
