San Myshuno fills with dishes, trash, and urns, that cannot be cleaned up and eventually crash the game due to too many objects.

To be perfectly honest, mightysprite can't even tell what the problem is here, but people posted many images on the bug thread and 30 people so far have reported it, so it should qualify for the How Broken Is It thread. You can look at the pictures and judge for yourself if it would bother you.

 

 

And now, the mightysprite analysis: should we buy it?

I'm gonna say YES, But:

Rebirth is not going to be a very important feature for my gameplay personally. 

And, I think it's actually kind of awesome that sims who are into deathly stuff might have trouble maintaining their relationships on this mortal plane. 

(Plus, I just can't see the ear thing. I've tried. Multiple times. I'm like that guy from Mallrats who just cannot see the Magic Eye picture.)

 

Simmers who plan to use rebirth a lot, and/or want their macabre sims to still be able to function in the PTA meeting and country club (or at least in their marriages to normies), might want to wait until these bugs are fixed.

 

The San Myshuno litter bug though: I'm gonna say, GAH. After the overlapping festivals bug, too. The neighborhood has taken a turn. Unfortunately, that's a basegame update bug, and cannot be avoided by avoiding the pack.

    My first overlapping festival occurred during the September/October update/patch.

    I had 8 sims living in San Myshuno at the time. I was able to go into the festivals and delete all the excess while playing in game. I noticed that after deleting all the excess the festival would disappear and reappear with less overlapping items.

    I then went into the inventory of all 8 sims that were living in San Myshuno and found festival pieces in their inventories: food stall, columns and park benches and picknick tables. 

    I deleted the festival item out of their inventories. 

    I moved all 8 sims out of the city.

    I deleted any NPC sims living in the city. 

    I restarted the same save after cleaning up the 8 household inventories and removing all sims (NPC's too) from the city.

    The festivals started to reappear and disappear clean.

    I posted this on the forums already but it's buried and lost. I was able to correct the festival issue in September. 

    This most recent update( October) won't even allow me to delete any of the festival overlapping and there are no festival remnants in my sims inventory. This is not fixable by the player. This is a deep internal bug that EA needs to fix.

    With all the bugs in this game...my game runs fast and smooth. I love my PC❤️

    edit: Evangeline is the only sim I have that hates this whole process! 🤣

    I have no played sims living in San Myshuno today.

    Not gonna lie buddy, that sounds like a lot of work just to be able to play in San Myshuno.

    I'm having an issue where Alice and Edith just don't show up, even if I do summon Alice nothing happens, it's making doing the ghost historian aspiration impossible.
