Which lifespan do you typically play on?

Long because I get too anxious and grindy otherwise. There's just so much to do, and I feel like in normal lifespan there's not enough time to do it without sacrificing something else (like focusing a lot on work and skills, and not having a social life). Using long lifespan I don't have this issue.
