We’re still on topic, it’s for the sake of diversity, so players, like myself, aren’t forced to play one type of Life state. Witches and Wizards are only two types of many different spell casters, the only type of while other types of spell casters are able to delve into different types of magic, but most take interest on a certain topic and excel in it greatly, as if it were a profession or just to be educated in it and have that knowledge under their belt.
Personally, my spell casters are mainly Sorcerers, they maybe called Enchanters, Alchemists, Mage, and Summoner, Prophet, to represent the different types of magic and abilities they possess, but they cannot be used interchangeably a Wizard is not a Sorcerer.
To call my Sorcerer a witch is disrespectful. In my book witches are of the lowest order of magic, while Sorcerers and High Elves are of the Highest order. There is only one witch I have and she is a witch. In pop culture it might be different or someone else may believe differently. But that’s the way I look at magic. No one can say I’m wrong or right.
