I don't mind the term spellcaster, makes me think of the Csater Chronicles series. I enjoyed those books. I do understand why Mage would've been a better choice though. It is a more common term used in gaming. But given the entire Sims 4 series we know they are taking a different direction than previous versions si it's not really surprising they'd change up the lifestate name, if it even is a lifestate. Being a spellcaster could just be something any sim of any life state might be able to do or become and be much used like the celebrity system. But I guess we'll learn that in the livestream or any hints between now and then.
