Lifestyles and Sentiments issues

Why on earth would the developers limit the number of Lifestyles and Sentiments to just three, especially when most of them don't conflict with each other. Sim One meets Sim Two and instantly gets the Adoring Sentiment. Romance ensues, and they go to Mt. Komorebi. They get the Enchanted Moment and Deeply Enamored when romancing. Later, they find they have compatible lifestyles. Later, Sim Two brings a gift to Sim One, and the You're My Jam Sentiment is added. Now, Sim One no longer finds Sim Two Adoring, and probably has lost the Enchanted Moment as well.

Lifestyles. The Sim eats healthy and gains Health Food Nut. The Sim spends a lot of time repairing and upgrading things, and gets the Tech Lifestyle. The Sim spends a lot of time out doors tending plants and farm animals, and gains the Outdoorsy Lifestyle. The Sim spends a lot of time around other sims, getting to know them, and suddenly, People Person is in progress, but there isn't room for another Lifestyle. None of those conflict with each other.

So please, take the limits of how many Lifestyles and Sentiments away!

There is a limit on Lifestyles, which can be annoying, especially with how glitchy they get when you go over it, but there is no such 3 limit for Sentiments, though they do fade over time, and that might be what happened to your Sim. :)

I think the limit is 4 sentiments per side.

I've had a Sentiment wiped picking up a new Sentiment. Actually getting that 4th Sentiment without taking another Sentiment out is very rare.
