Lifestyles and sentiments should be BASE GAME - not expansion locked

Just my opinion but I think people are blowing this out of the water. Just from reading the description it doesn't even sound like a major personality overhaul and the traits are not being touched.
It sounds to me like a few enhancements that may make it easier to have enemies for example. But not the overhaul everyone wants. I don't know if they could even do it at this point without redoing the entire emotions, traits and personality system.
