I am hoping to paint every painting for my collector Sim, and I was hoping somewhere on the internets was a list of all the paintings available. I have already checked Carl's, and googled Sims 4 paintings, with no success. I was also hoping there was some sort of list as to what can be painted at what level. There seems to be some (really adorable) paintings that can only be done at low levels. I do not like using cheats, so if there are paintings that can be done at low level, I will have to add people to the household, paint until they are too high level, then ditch them for new people!Does anyone know of a list like this?

I'd like to see them all too. I keep the ones I like the best and sell the others even if they are masterpieces.

I think it's all random, My sim is level 10 and has 10 master painting that I have kept, sold quite a few to. But my point is, she did a painting at level 7 and the same painting at level 10, one was worth $345 the other over £600. the exact same pic. and though she is level 10 some only go for a few $100, Her highest worth was $4000, I kept that one.

There are some paintings my Sims have done at low level that I was never able to do again at a higher level. A lot of these are stick figure or cartoonish pictures. My favorite one so far is of either 2 dogs or 2 cats (I cannot really tell) sitting next to each other sharing a spaghetti. It was a Flirty painting done at a low level. At mid level, my Sim painted a Flirty pic of the llama and freezer bunny sitting together on a hill in the sunset. At higher level, my Sims only seem to paint the same few paintings over and over again, never these stick figures. It seems like at some point your Sims are 'too talented' to paint these any more.

Here is an example of low level versus mid level paintings. The first painting is a confidant painting done around level 5, the third is a confidant panting done around level 2. My Sim will always be able paint that sleeping kitten now, but will never paint that lion again. Same with the romantic one on the right. I could post all of the common painting that my Sims has done, and see if there are any that people know about that are missed, and just go through the different categories.

I have not found anything with a list anywhere. And, honestly, I have not even logged into my game in a little while. I think I may have painted all of the common painting available, at least, I have not painted any new ones for a while. Tomorrow I will log into my game and take a screen shot of what I have. That way at least we may be able to compare what we all have done.

Hi all I came looking for a list of paintings and found it and the pics. Massive thank you to @Shimrod and @Trista5 for your efforts. While I was reading through I had my Sim painting her way through the confident set to get the ones I was missing in the high skill level as she is level 10 on painting and low and behold (I triple checked just to make sure) she is painting 6 of 9 possible confident paintings the only 3 missing were the low level ones and I checked with my other Sim also level 10 and he is the same so I think once they master the skill it's only the low level ones they can't paint. Hope this makes it a little easier for those collecting them all (I only keep the ones I like but having this list means I can get all the ones I like so yay

Does anyone know if any new paintings were added with any of the new packs?

Also, I was wondering if what @alexis_taylor92 said was possible. Can you make masterpieces of the very low level paintings? Some of those are so adorable, almost stick drawings. The idea of a masterpiece one makes me laugh. "That painting is bad. But it is a VERY GOOD bad painting." :) I have rooms in the basement of my Sim's home that are just for paintings. It is spread out like a museum, with each style of painting in it's own room. I replace each one with a masterpiece as they are made, but I do not know if I have come across any masterpieces for the low levels.

Hi everyone! First post here on the forums. I've been using this discussion to paint all the paintings but I have recently gotten the Outdoor Retreat game pack. A new set of paintings were included in the pack (landscapes) and I was wondering if anyone knew how many paintings there are for low, medium and high levels? I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me out.
I would like to thank Shimrod101 and all the others for their contributions to the previous list (it helped a TON) and I can't thank you all enough.
Also, I apologize for bringing back an old thread.

Don't worry about that! There are jerk faces here that will give you grief for it, but just ignore them.

I do not have any packs other than the base game, so I was unaware there were new paintings. Do you have any pictures of them? I would love to see them.

I tried to post a link but I got the "You have to be around for a little while longer before you can post links" message :( I'll have to post the link to the picture sometime later.
So far my sim has painted 6 of the paintings and I'm guessing that I'm missing a bunch, there is only one size available to paint. I wasn't keeping track at which painting level my sim was at when she painted these but these were all done during levels 2-5 (the landscape option is available at level 2). I'm pretty sure this was the only pack that came with new paintings.

My sims has a mac painting skill, and I've only been able to paint 3.
I typically paint over and over until I have a masterpiece of every painting, so I'm fairly certain that's all there is. At least for a maxed skill.

Wait, only 3 of what? High Level Masterpieces for each category?

Only 3 masterpiece landscape paintings.

thanks pezhead! If you use a cheat to lower the painting skill, you'll be able to paint the lower level landscapes.

I wish so badly we could still paint the lower level pictures without a cheat. There could be another option in the pie chart along with the sizes.
