biggest pro is it's not ugly as sin. I actually liked TS3's looks until I moved onto TS4 and I really can't look at TS3 the same lol. the art style of 4 was grown on me big time. biggest con is the glaringly lackluster budget for this game. you really gotta tailor your expectations to what they can afford to give you and that's a bummer. your pros and cons are pretty extensive and I feel 'em wholeheartedly.
