Literally tried all of them for sim weeks, the only thing that noticeably increase it is being actively in acting career..
They do increase fame, just not as much as acting. Keep in mind that fame slightly decreases each day so you have to repeat these interactions a lot to increase fame. Otherwise, you're only doing enough to keep your sim at the same level.
