Someone suggested having your Sim travel with a group to a public venue and to have your Sim stream while they do interactions of a +Fame nature. So far, it's working well for me. Of course, I'm also using Sacrificial's Road to Fame_Professional Singing Career mod in tandem. But, the second and third star take awhile to attain. My singer finally broke through and is now a Proper Celebrity (I've been erroneously calling it Proper Star, my bad), but he's eking his way toward Global Superstar.
