Literally NOTHING increases Fame except actor career!

There's no interaction I haven't tried in the game with the 'Fame' icon next to it that's supposed to increase Fame but they all don't increase fame at all, not even a bit
The only thing that significantly increase fame is being in Actor career and successfully performing scenes..
Yes I know it's supposed to be realistic but it's also shouldn't be impossible..
Please note I'm talking about fame not Reputation, reputation do increase with things like gifting..making good friends..I'm talking about fame..

Why is it that THAT hard to even get a tiny millimeter increase in the fame bar when performing all fame interactions for sim weeks??!
