Little Light Bulbs Around Sims Heads, How to turn off?

Hi, I noticed that sims now have little light bulbs floating out of their heads sometimes. I think it is when they are learning a skill? But I don't know how to turn it off. I did the headlineeffects ...

Remove the lot traits from the build mode to remove them. Click the house icon in the top left corner to show the lot traits. Those light bulbs come from lot traits that help learn skills faster :smile:
