I'm hoping they will reinstate them here eventually. They've said they're still making adjustments and will add more subforums if necessary.
I'm not even sure how to find mine. They're probably going to be floating around in space until there's a way to link old threads to the original creators.
Same. I used to be a Pro, now I'm a Seasoned Newcomer. It also says I've only been here 2 years, but I've been on AHQ more like 4 years. But I think I only had 2 years on The Sims Forum.
Having attempted to look around for a bit, I've realised that I don't like it at this present time. I hope there will be more sub-forums in time. I hope we can also set new posts to show at the top, instead of "most liked." I really don't care what the most popular posts are.
You can already set the newest posts at the top, but you have to do it every time you open a discussion. At least, I haven't been able to find a permanent setting for it.
But I do agree, it's annoying to not be able to catch up with threads like we used to on the old forums.
Under the very first post in each topic is a drop down button. You can tap on it and choose newest.
Also in the topic list, you can tap on the phrase " _ minutes ago" and it goes directly to the newest posts.
I was struggling with this as well.
I've been here for 10 years (which is fairly accurate) but have a novice role 😅
Then again I seem to level up with nearly every comment, so I think the trick is just to participate as much as you can.
