oh dear simlord let this not happen to me i would be so angry and sad i have so many in game pictures for all my sim families :scream:
sadly don't know what could be done either i mean the best i have is the "have you tried turning it off and on again" advice of clearing caches and praying to the watcher,

but I'll join the wailing at moon ritual cause man thats awful
(also actually idk if clearing cache is like good or bad thing in this case when something is clearly missing)
