Week 3, Part 2

After an irritated Royal Envoy stormed out of Magnolia Blossom Park, a disguised Kakashi heads off for home.

Laura was watching TV when he entered the living room, so Kakashi used the remote control to switch to the news channel.... Breaking news! New paintings from the Thebe family are being showcased in the Municipal Muses Museum!

Kakashi decides to call the Royal Envoy on his smart phone, disguising his voice in the process. During the conversation, he received a tip about checking out Municipal Muses.

Laura and Kakashi, the latter disguised as Sukea, travels to Municipal Muses Museum to examine some of the paintings. However, there was nothing out of the ordinary.

Laura came up with an idea: "Why not inspect Cordelia's statue?" One of the townies, Jodie Goins, had the same idea. Laura decides to distract her while Kakashi inspects the aforementioned artwork. Mortimer Goth joins in the conversation, which Laura didn't seem to mind.

Kakashi eventually discovers a hidden code on the bottom of the statue, then calls the Royal Envoy, again disguising his voice. The lady brags that she already used it at a bench, and he's "a bit too late". (At this point, Laura was still talking to Mortimer while Jodi had left the museum.)

Kakashi goes outside the museum to search the benches. Good news: He found a box, and used the code to open it. Bad news: That darn Envoy already stole its contents.

To make things worse, Kakashi received the Flirty Spouse and Looming Anxiety moodlets while Laura currently has the Moral Misstep moodlet. It's all because Kakashi (disguised as Sukea) had caught Laura flirting with Mortimer in the Municipal Muses Museum! 🙀
