Lot Traits: Do you change them to fit your current household?
See headline. Basically, assuming you use them at all, do you "play fair" and stick to them or do you change them to fit your current household ("good schools" for kids, for example).

I hardly ever use lot traits, except occasionally the "Private Dwelling" lot trait, and I removed the "Gremlins" lot trait in an apartment after the 50th breakage of all objects on the lot.
