Lot Traits: Do you change them to fit your current household?

I change them freely. For example Good schools, who is to say there is only one school in the vicinity? Family A probably sends their child to that good school (with trait) while family B doesn't care (remove trait). Normal internet can be upgraded to fast net by paying a small token sum. And sometimes I rule that certain lot traits are the result of certain sims moving in, for example my master gardener would order specific soil online, so he essentially takes Great Soil with him wherever he moves to.

Bottomline is I don't fell guilty to manipulate things my way as long as I can come up with an in-story justification ;)
