Lovers and super siblings? What? No! Help!

Ok so I moved my teen sim couple together just before aging them up to YA and now they're super siblings and even though it says "blood or not" on the description I'm still not comfortable with that. ...

When two teens age up together in the same household they always get super siblings for some reason
