You should take applications for other players to have clubs in their game by downloading your lot. I'd rename your lot to #1 and ask that anyone who downloads your club lot, place the number in the comments section so no one will use the same club number. The first player to download would be #2, the second #3, etc. I'd add a mannequin in the lobby wearing a bear costume to symbolize the club mascot.
