Magnolia Promenade Isn't Anything Like Bluewater Village

Bluewater Village had a sprawling layout, many sims, and had venues galore. And it wasn't just one promenade like Magnolia is. It was several promenades. Many roads and lanes. And all of them were bus...

I thin Magnolia promenade is so pretty, makes me angry I can't put more lots there. There are empty square grass spaces that would fit at least 8 lots there and why they didn't put them?!
