Make existing sim thinner
She got fat while I wasn't even playing her. This doesn't suit what I had planned for her. Is there a mod that will add back the fatness slider to cas for existing sims to instantly slim them?

You can buy instalean with reward points. If you don't have enough reward points, you can use the buydebug cheat and get it there.
