Making money as Bartender, Barista etc on community lots - why wasn't this a base game thing?

When our sims are on community lots they should get paid for being a bartender. Seems a bit strange that they do it as volunteer work :wink: . I wonder why this wasn't included... I know our sims c...

I believe you can play instruments in community lots and you'll earn a lot of tips. My Sim has earn a lot of money by playing pipe organ at a pub.
