Making Money in Get Famous

I recently purchased Get Famous, and I immediately put my Sim in the actor career. I want her to eventually live in the Pinnacles, but at the rate she's earning money now, she'll have that $291,000 house by the time she's at the end of the elder stage. Has anyone had any luck getting rich through the acting career, or even through the media production skill? I don't want her and her significant other living in one of the starter homes for their entire lives.

    I'm having my sim record/stream videos usually recording her signing autographs and being around fans as well as promoting products for some extra income. Especially with the extra perks when I get the opportunity to make a certain video for a task to gain money when using the drone and media station.

    Make sure to give her the Fabulously Wealthy aspiration so she can get the Shrewd trait. You can disable aging until you're comfortable with her income level.

    My sim is making music and is making around 5k in royalties right now. Still a young adult, no way near adult yet and lvl 3 star. For me, she is making a bit too much money because I wanted to play her as living in her cheap apartment and trying to pay the bills with making some music. But she very quickly became so rich from it. I may have to have her move into a house instead so she can get some larger bills to eat up some of that money.
