Marrying a sage question

I imagine as long as he doesnt enter your playable household he should stay a sage

That's what I'm hoping though I did wonder if they have special rules.

I could be completely wrong tho. I have had someone replace L Faba as the mischief sage before for one visit. Idk why that was tho since she was still alive. She came back the next visit tho

I tried it anyway and so far so good. He is still a sage. I do have mccc though and have frozen his career which means he can't be given a job or lose or be promoted from any current job. So not sure if that has anything to do with it.

As long as you don't move a Sage into a household they should remain sages. I've CAS'd morgyn to be able to have kids in a few saves and the children are always excellent looking and kind of unique. Here's one of Morgyn's kids (no editing)

Even though you aren't planning on moving Morgyn into your household, you might need these mods to marry a Sage without worries of them losing their position as Sages. Even if I have Sages in a different household from the household of their spouse I have had them lose their position as Sages. Others might not have that experience.

Otherwise, it can be a countdown for the Sage you marry replacement to show up. Whether they are in your household or not. You will have the option after installing Zero's Play as a Sage for your Sage to choose to remain a Sage or leave their Role as a Sage. Once I added these 2 mods in I never had the problem with having sometimes 10 or more people becoming Sages after they get married in one life stage of my sims.

yep those mods have been a life saver in my game as I have Morgyn as a sage and as the grim reaper in my game it is part of my story in my game but yeah those mods highly recommend them if you use mods

Does that mean I can move Morgyn in if I chose to and he can still be a sage?

I also edited him in CAS so he can have kids. He has a boy with my sim and she's pregnant atm with their second.
