Have you ever made a sim to specifically master all aspirations? If so what traits did you give him/her? In my current play through I just finished the bodybuilder aspiration. My only concern is if I ...

There are only two aspirations requiring a specific branch - Master Mixologist and Joke Star. Besides, you can pick other branch by having a degree or moving to a new game.
