Maxis Monthly May 7th No New Content To Be Announced

don't see any point in a Q&A when they aren't allowed to talk about the future of the game or anything we don't already know.

Just announce TS5 please. Let it die :)

They have already said Maxis Monthly will not be used to announce new content clearly that is only for Twitter and YouTube videos. I have said it all along Maxis Monthly is pretty useless unless you enjoy them talking about nothing I'd prefer the Guru's use that time to do just about anything else.

That tweet specifically says they aren’t going to be showing new content?

I predict it will just be a case of chat spamming university, university, university over and over. A well known game changer will be in the chat and people will be excited about that.

The devs will answer questions about their favourite dlc, favourite sims game, snark lightly on sims 3 and talk about their favourite breakfast food. Also throw in a vague statement about how they are soooo excited for whatever they are working on right now but can’t talk about anyway. Cue more spam in chat about university.


I really don’t see the point of the MM. it’s not personal to the Gurus I’m sure they are all nice people but the time surely could be better spent elsewhere?

Maxis Monthly is called Monthly for a reason. Just because they have no new free content to show/announce in a month doesn’t mean they are going to skip that month.

That doesn't mean they won't tell us to tune into their YouTube Channel Tuesday at the end though. It's happened before.
