- RouenSimsSeasoned TravelerI put a building on the Gallery, but instead of showing the glorious front, it shows it from the side which makes it just look like a box. It would be nice to be able to choose the angle.
- I'm wondering does this mean there will be nothing at EA Play this year? Just in case, I got a ticket. Last year, Seasons was a great surprise.
- paigeisin5New SpectatorThe Gallery will not be available for players using 32-bit systems once the Legacy Edition is released, unfortunately. It is my understanding those players will lose the game banners and social discussions as well. But this change has been needed for a long time. While I am sympathetic to the plight of Simmers who are unable to upgrade their systems, we have to be realistic when it comes to how quickly the tech world has been changing over the last five years. EA has to make the switch to 64-bit or risk losing millions if they don't because other game producers will, and are now, releasing more complex and entertaining game titles. EA is not the bad guy here. They are doing this so they can remain competitive in the market. The fans of the Sims franchise have been very vocal about what they consider to be missing from Sims4. Part of the reason for that is EA has tried to make the game compatible with older systems. The fact this big switch is being made now during Sims4's lifespan is confusing. But it is happening, and there is nothing we can do except roll with it. Or stop playing Sims4.

During the May Maxis Monthly live stream, SimGuruLyndsay said nothing about upcoming announcements being planned for EA Play. Last year, Seasons was announced before EA Play because info on it was leaked to the community. However, we know game changers have been invited to EA Play this year, and this usually means there is an expansion on the horizon. It might be released in June, or pushed into a July release. No one knows anything for certain yet. I think a release date is still being discussed, and hinges on how quickly the Legacy Edition is released for those Simmers still using 32-bit systems because they won't be able to play the new packs we were told are coming between now and October. SimGuruLyndsay did say they 'might' have a few suprises up their sleeves to share with everyone at EA Play. - catloverplayerSeasoned Ace

If the Next EP comes in July it will be the first time we've gotten an expansion pack in July though delays can happen. It's possible the game and stuff pack could release the same month if the ep gets pushed back.
Also the latest the Next EP could come out would be July so they could get the EP coming in November out. - paigeisin5New Spectator@catloverplayer The social integrations I mentioned are not about the forums, and I apologize for using 'discussions' rather than integrations. They won't be able to access, or comment on, content in the gallery while in-game. At least that is my take on what was said. If the gurus would fully explain what they mean, we would have a much clearer idea of what is going to happen.
Yes, having an EP released in July would be odd. But at this point, we have no way of knowing if EA will be ready to release an EP in June. If we weren't looking at the Legacy Edition being released sometime in June, I would be more certain of an EP release. And even though the Legacy Edition will have no impact on Simmers running on 64-bit sysytems, I hate to think what could happen to Simmers who have no choice but to install it. Problems of any kind will need to be addressed quickly. And even though there are several different teams that work on different projects for EA, I imagine the first few days after the release of the Legacy Edition will be hectic. If the Legacy Edition is released in the first week of June, and the conversion goes as smoothly as they hope, then we might be able to say with some degree of certainty that we will see an EP in June. The next EP and the Legacy Edition are two totally different releases. I realize one is not dependent on the other. But the thought the Legacy Edition has to be released first, does have some impact on how soon the next EP will drop. - > @Rouenpucelle said:

You can. When you click the load to gallery button take a look at how it faces. Don't like that? Use the move lot button and turn it until you do. Just be careful. The lot are set a certain way and you will lose bits if you did not do it correctly. - catloverplayerSeasoned AceI wonder what kind of questions Lydnsey and Duke will be taking.
- HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAGGA
- If there is no patch for may, I wonder when they will officially going to say the patch is bi-monthly now.
