@Admiral8Q, Simgirl1010 has the right of it.
It's totally my favorite aspiration reward in the game. I do it with one sim in practically every household that I play, even though it requires more effort than almost any other aspiration (because of the career requirements for completion of it).
Why I didn't give that as my answer in the recent thread asking what our favorite aspiration reward is, I have no idea. My brain thinks of it like a career reward more than an aspiration reward, I think...just because of how much of the work in getting it requires working on career promotions.
