Mermaids

So I have a sim in the conservationist career, who is going to be a marine biologist. How do I make her a mermaid? I can't pinpoint who the mermaids are around her or in Sulani. I think it would be so fun, also does anyone know if mermaids can have babies.

    You can make a sim a mermaid by finding some mermaid kelp to eat! You can find it through fishing, diving for treasure, and exploring the cave in Mua Pel’am. Yes, mermaids can have babies.

    Has anyone noticed when the mermaid is in her human form she's missing legs?

    I haven't had this issue. Do you use CC in your game? If you have I have seen where something not meshed correctly will not appear in the game.
