Millionaire scenario

Well it took my Sim 77 days but she's finally made herself a million living in Henford-on-Bagley, working as a gardener (specialising in flower arrangement) whilst keeping chooks & either a cow or a llama. She has a garden full of perfect plants (those golden chooks are wonderful!) & after accruing enough Rewards Points, got herself a Money Tree seed. She replanted the first few seeds her Money Tree grew, eventually ending up with 12 Money Trees. Those, along with the flower arrangements she made & sold on Plopsy (some for as much as 20,000 Simoleans) ensured her bank balance grew quickly, although it was hard initially. I'm not quite sure what she'll do next - whether she'll stay working on the land or whether she'll decide to do something else. But with a very healthy bank balance the world is definitely her oyster!
  • I've done it, I've finished the millionaire scenario.

I still remember when this scenario was released, I was convinced to never do this one because I believed it would end in a grind. Boy, was I wrong. I am glad I gave it a try. It was fun to play. I even managed to finish way faster than I initially anticipated, just 37 days!. My sim was lucky at the start. she was invited to the spice festaval in the first week and she went because she desperately needed some social. This gave me a dragonfruit early on, which has a very high selling value. My sim set up a dragon fruit orchard and I guess roughly 90% of her earnings come from this one. The rest was done selling paintings on plopsy and a little bit of foraging.

This is the dragon fruit orchard, her main source of income, nicely sheltered under a roof

The tiny house which she also paid for by money earned in this scenario. I think it is cozy and comfortable for a 1 sim household
