Missing Class - DU

It's really frustrating. My Sims have missed classes because of different reasons.

My Sim went to class way too early and obviously got bored of waiting and decided to go get a glass of water from the dorm (this water obsession was supposed to be fixed already). I couldn't cancel the action because she was already going up the stairs (in Foxbury). By the time she got up the stairs she was already about 45 minutes late and when I made her go to class manually she decided to pull out her bike and ride, but because she was at the top of the stairs, she went "oops, what was I thinking, I can't ride down the stairs, I need to get off my bike" and stepped down the bike and put it back to her inventory again. When all these shenanigans were over and she had finally walked down the stairs she had already missed the whole class.

Another thing that happened was when my other Sim missed his final exam, because he didn't get the automatic "go to class" action for some reason. I had to send him near the building manually, but he was already late and because I didn't know which of the two buildings was the right one, of course it was the wrong one and he didn't make it to the other building before the final exam was over. I rage quit the game without saving. :/

How frustrating! It shouldn't take sims an hour to put an item back in their inventory, decide to ride their bike, decide to drink water, etc. Days need to be longer to compensate!

my sim is sorta missing class but not... so last night i was playing and my sims has a class that starts at 1:30 and ends at 2:55 and right after another class from 3-4pm well my sim wasn't getting the pop-up that class was in an hour till after the class and I didn't get the option to go to class either but at 2:30 my sim got the pop-up and was able to go to her 1:30 class but was instead there from 3-4:55 and would then go to her 3 o'clock class.

I mean i'm happy she's not missing classes but she also had a full-time job in the culinary career which she was missing as her shift started at 3 and she was in her class cause the time is weird. I ended up changing her to a freelance career cause all her free time was being taken up by classes that she should of been at earlier than when she was attending them.

(I go to Brightchester) My timing is way off. First of all, I rarely get the "go to class" button and there is no indication for which building they're supposed to be in. I pretty much have to make sure my sim isnt doing anything at least 3 hours before and after the class time so that they autonomously leave for class on their own. My Friday final at 8am ended up being on Saturday at 3am because of the time lag. Is this a problem for anyone else? Or is it just my old computer trying to keep up?

I’ve had something similar happen. My sim would get to class at say 1:45 and it was over at 2:55 but it would go til 3 something and then go to the next class at 3:50 when the class ended at 4:24 yet she wasn’t late ?‍♀️ it’s so frustrating

Going to classes seems to be a bit buggy at the moment. My sims rarely miss class because they always go to class early. I get a pop-up message saying that class starts in one hour and then my sims automatically get "Go To Class Early" in their interaction queue.

My sister never got that message in her save and her sims only went to class early once. Neither of us are playing with CC at the moment, so there's something funky going on.
