Hi. Is there any way to have my sim practice his mixology skill at the bar or do I have to keep clicking for him to make drinks one by one?

You can send them to the pub or nightclub and have them tend bar. If they have a family, they can also tend bar. That will help raise it faster. If they live alone and you don't want to send them out, you'll have to make each drink individually.
