It is the same mod! :) I tried it on this jacket from Snowy Escape which has a lot of colour, it basically just changes every colour apart from white or black.

The clothing Deli experimented with was a lot of Tone on Tone (or close to it) so I wasn't sure if it was actually shifting hues or colorizing for clothing (it was clearly shifting hues for hair.)
