Modify Hospital Cheat?

When at the hospital, open the console (control-shift-c) and type in "bb.enablefreebuild" (without the quotation marks). That should allow you enter build buy mode on the lot.

You may also want to use the bb.showhiddenobjects command so that the hospital specific debug items are available to you.

Be advised that the hospital must have at least the following, so whatever edits you do make sure these still exist on the finished hospital:

• 1-2 Surgery Tables
  
• Exam Beds
  
• 1 Front desk with computer and chair
  
• 1-2 Treadmill
  
• 1-2 X-Ray Machine
  
• 1-2 Chemical Analyzer
  
• 1 Snack Vending Machine
  
• Extra computers (away from front desk)
  
• 1 Toilet
  
• 1 Sink
  
• 1 Microwave and Counter

People also upload hospitals/labs/police stations to the Gallery (they list under Generic), so you can search with hashtags to find them if you wish.

You can place them in BB mode while on the lot, after activating the free build cheat.
