mods/workarounds for divorced partners

so currently in my gameplay at the moment, the two parents of my twins have gotten divorced therefore I’m about to move one of them out.

I obviously don’t want my twins to lose relationship with that particular parent so I’m going to set the weekends where they ‘visit their dad’

my question is, is there any mod or simpler workaround to have them stay with their dad (or be gone from the household) for those two days rather than move them out then back in when I want them back.
