Money cheat. Yay or Nay?

I have no problem using money cheats. A good portion of my saves, my sims are jobless and just enjoying life and I don't really care for the grind of making them go to a job and try to keep up their needs without me, myself, enjoying it.

On occasion I will play use the free real estate cheat to buy their house and only let them live off the $20,000 from CAS and actually make them make money.
