Money cheat. Yay or Nay?

Prefer using the money cheats cause 20k isn't enough after buying a house only may be left with 719 dollars? Then what heck do buy even everything over the 2k mark? only give them 50k is enough put stuff in it sure not maybe not realism, but no one buys a house in the real-world for 20k only left with stuff already that already been used or nothing in it.
