Rather than more worlds with apartments, I want the ability to create apartments in any world I'd like to. It can't be this hard, right? I mean, shouldn't there be a way to add the apartment shells to the debug menu in bb? Or just give us room markers like in TS3 to put in regular homes to mark inaccessible rooms, basically the neighbors' apartments?
I don't know how they could give us more City Living worlds to be honest. It would have to be in an update, but this update should only be available to those already owning City Living, since apartments and festivals were a major selling point of the pack and they won't just give that away for free. But is it even possible to restrict an update so only players owning a certain pack can get it?
