More than 1 game world save option?

When I click on the button it takes me to the CAS screen to create a new Sim. :/ Or do I have to create a new Sim just to have a new world? And my load button just has the save game I'm on then a auto save. It doesn't have load a new world option. :/ Like how that older Sims games did.
