Mirage Park has good grunge in it and that lot with two driveways leading to it is inspiring for duplex houses or row houses even. I admit the Pinnacles is a little too posh for me, none of my sims have the money to move there. I placed there some amazing mansions that can be rented for big bucks. The view is really something. Starlight Boulevard is the area I really love, it's always a pleasure to visit. The boulevard with plaques is a really cool idea.
I actually really love Del Sol Valley as well. It fits great with 60's style Palm Springs architecture. (Same reason why I love Oasis Springs).
