Move basement up to ground level?
I am not much of a builder, but I have a building that has two floors and a basement. I was wondering if there is a way so the whole thing can be moved up a level and then I can do a new basement? ...

It can be done, but you need to copy/move your floors one level up, so it's a bit fussy if you ask me. But you can have four levels to your basement, so if you want to add one more level to the basement, it's easier to do than move everything up one level.
