Moving A Sim Out and Keeping Furniture

Hi all,

I want to move a sim out and move them into Sulani but I don't want to lose their furniture in that house even though they will be given it up as a residence. It would be nice to leave it dormant for my next family. Is there a way to do this without the game removing all the furniture?

Not sure I understood your question, but you can't move some of the furniture and leave some. You must choose one f them.

If it's smaller items your want to pass on to the next family, you could always gift it to them, will work for everything that can be stored in your sim's inventory.
