Moving Pipes in Apts
Is this possible? I have a great little apartment layout in spice town but there are pipes in the middle of the wall for no reason. Why is this? There is also a chalk outline on the floor, is that permanent??

- In the spice district??? Which apartment? I've never seen an outline in the one in the spice district.
- As far as I'm aware the chalk outline of a body is only in the TLC appt in the Fashion District. There is another TLC appt in the Spice Market but idk if there's one there.
- Whichever. Can they be moved? The outline and the pipes?

I know there's a mod that lets you place new ones in whatever house you want, not sure if that mod lets you move around ones already placed in apartments that came with the game or not.
There's a mod to also delete them, but deleting them is permanent.
