Music (from speakers) in restaurants

Sometimes when I download a restaurant from the gallery and visit for the very first time there will already be music playing that matches the venue, like it was set by the creator. I love that instant built-in vibe, no effort required from me.

I've been setting music on my wall speakers in the normal way while play testing, both as the restaurant owner and as a patron, but it doesn't seem to carry over when I place the lot again somewhere else from my library. Am I missing something super easy or obvious to accomplish this? Or is this not really even a thing?

(I did check restaurant perks and didn't see it there.)
