Edit: Yep, you're right. That's the mod I use which makes them into refrigerated storage. I originally thought it just made it so they kept things cool, but peaking inside the mod with S4S it looks like it also adds the ability to store things in them in the first place.
Well, if they ever do a refresh on OR, I hope they add being able to store food in coolers, at least for a couple of days.
