After an abduction, the pregnant male sim have a temporary trait to force the birth of an alien baby.
There is a special effect on the belly during the pregnancy.
If you didn't play with this household until the birth, maybe the game ignored this temporary trait and took it as a normal pregnancy.

family tree shows only one parent, male father- and he is not set to get pregnant in his settings @LeGardePourpre
