my cottage leaving review

Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't it been a long time since a new pack came with added whims? Not saying it's right but it seems unfair to single out COL for this when previous packs have also neglected whims.

but the others didn't also neglect autonomous action and aspirations I was really looking forward to my sims petting the animals
on there own and just having fun with them it would be okay if we had whims for milking or petting the animals
its fine if you still like the pack but for me and others like me that want to feel like are sims want to do things
and take part in there own life this hurts the enjoyment a lot @alexspoom13

My sim is absolutely interacting with the animals autonomously, and often too.

and the pack only has one aspiration so in a way jtb had more and it was a game pack

really does your sim have the new trait @Zeldaboy180

did a test save with the sim using the new trait and he did pet an animal hoping this isn't locked behind the trait that would be

My sims have been autonomously interacting with the animals and cross-stitching when they have a unfinished product in their inventory. Had one with the new trait and one without and they definitely still interact with animals. Course the one with the animal enthuisist trait interacted a lot more than the sim without.

I'm fine with sims no autonomously cross-stitching new projects as my sims definitely doesn't have the money for it.

Maybe it's a bug that sims don't autonomously interact with animals? Have you tried with different sims or in a different save?
